하이브리드 애슬레틱 랩 (the registered company name in Korean; operator of PICK NOW and Athlete's Pick; “the Company”) processes personal information on the PICK NOW website as follows. The website has no sign-up and no input forms. Personal information reaches us only by inquiry email. This English text is a translation for reference; the Korean policy is the authoritative version.

1. What we receive

The name, organization, contact details and message body contained in emails sent to contact@athletespick.com. We receive no other personal information.

2. What we use it for

Only to answer your inquiry. We don't send advertising.

3. How long we keep it

We keep it until [retention period · to be decided] after the inquiry is resolved. If a contract follows, the retention rules of the contract documents apply from then on.

When the period ends, we delete it from the mailbox. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
